GSS SUPERSTAR OF THE MONTH – LOCKDOWN 2020

Within this article we usually announce our winner(s) of the previous months, GSS Superstar of the Month Award. Well, as usual, our Management Team got together for our monthly meeting, though unusually, via video call of course. This time though, in place of the usual healthy and constructive debate , there was an easily reached consensus. That consensus was that no one individual is more deserving of the award right now than another.

The fact is that every single member of our team, office or field based, two or four legged, is absolutely deserving of the GSS Superstar Award at this unprecedented time.

We have been struck by the lengths our staff and teams have gone to and the sacrifices that have been made (there are many examples!), ensuring continuity of service for our clients. As we’re seeing all over the country right now, the teamwork, camaraderie, communication and determination on display from all on Team GSS has been a true inspiration to us all on the Management Team.

We consider you all GSS Superstars and wish to offer heartfelt, sincere thanks to you all for standing fast through this crisis, continuing to execute your roles in a professional and reassuring manner and for being there when we and our clients needed you to be. Put simply, we would never have gotten through this without you all.

The GSS Superstar Award has become an integral agenda item of our Monthly Senior Management Meetings, during which each member of our senior team puts forward a case for nomination. While the debate is constructive (and usually fun), the final selection is never easy, as there are always award-worthy examples of our team members exceeding the standards expected of them. So, while we can only issue one award each month, we want to sincerely thank all members of our team for their continued support and hard work for our valued clients.
