GSS SUPERSTARS OF THE MONTH – AUGUST & SEPTEMBER 2017

We are delighted to announce both our August and September 2017 GSS Superstars of the Month 2017

August 2017 – GSS Superstar of the Month Award goes to our colleague Cath Baird.

Cath is a long-standing member of our team and has been working within our TT Games contract. Recognized by both GSS and our client as a vital member of the core team, Cath is at all times exceptionally professional in her duties, positive in attitude and demeanor…and courteous to both staff and visitors to our client’s premises. As a front of house Security Concierge, we can’t really ask for much more than that!

September 2017 – GSS Superstar of the Month Award goes to our colleague Christine Lawlor (see above main picture)

Bound by the usual confidentialities, Christine played an integral part in an incident at one of our clients premises, liaising with the clients own security teams and the Police in contributing to the eventual apprehension of suspected criminals. It was another superb example of Christine’s levels of diligence and professionalism in executing her assignment. Recently, Christine has been transferred to another client site, much closer to home and is also held in high regard by our client at this new site.

The GSS Superstar Award has become an integral agenda item of our Monthly Senior Management Meetings, during which each member of our senior team puts forward a case for nomination. While the debate is constructive (and usually fun), the final selection is never easy, as there are always award-worthy examples given of our team members exceeding the standards expected of them. So, while we can only issue one award each month, we want to sincerely thank all members of our team for their continued support and hard work for our valued clients.
