GSS REVAMPS ITS ‘SUPERSTARS’ EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION SCHEME FOR 2023

We’re thrilled to unveil our upgraded “GSS Superstars” employee recognition programme for 2023.

Our goal remains the same – to acknowledge and celebrate the hardworking individuals who embody our company values (TRUTHS) and constantly go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to our customers.

In an industry where recognition can be scarce, we’re dedicated to fostering a culture of appreciation and gratitude throughout our organisation.

How will the new scheme work?

Our senior management team will still meet monthly to discuss nominations and choose the winner for each quarter. But now, in addition to management nominations, we’re encouraging all GSS employees to email the head office team with any colleagues they believe deserve recognition.

The quarterly superstars will be notified and presented with a superstar award and a £150.00 gift voucher by a member of the head office team, if possible, in the presence of our clients. These outstanding winners will also be featured on our social media channels, website, and newsletters in March, June, September, and December.

Does the new scheme affect the employee of the year award?

As for the employee of the year award, the superstar of the year will be selected from the four quarterly award recipients in 2023 or any other award worthy nominees, and the winner will be announced in January 2024, receiving a trophy and a further gift voucher.
