HARNESSING EMPLOYEE REFERRALS TO DRIVE WORKFORCE GROWTH

In 2023, our workforce grew by an impressive 22%.

This growth was driven by several recruitment initiatives aimed at both attracting new talent and revitalising our engagement with current employees.

We revamped our employee recognition programme, inviting nominations from both our workforce and clients.  Additionally, our employee recruitment referral campaigns, offering a £150 Amazon voucher for successful referrals, proved highly effective. 

In the last eighteen months, 31% of our recruits came from employee referrals. These recruits, often well-qualified and culturally aligned, have positively impacted our retention rates. 

We’re immensely proud that so many of our field-based colleagues recommend us to their peers, reinforcing our goal to be an ‘employer of choice’ in our sector.
