Across 2025, rapid response to short-notice requests for K9 support has remained a critical part of how we support our valued clients across the UK.
These requests are rarely simple. They often land with little warning, from any location, driven by a sudden rise in risk.
In 2025, we handled close to 100 temporary support requests and successfully resourced 93% of them. On average, handlers were confirmed and briefed to deploy in just over seven hours from the moment a request came in. That pace is by design, built into the way we operate.
Sitting behind our performance is a continued and robust focus on recruitment, ongoing engagement with our teams, and close coordination with operations.
Just as importantly, regular engagement with our clients allows us to better anticipate where and when support may be required, helping us to position resources ahead of demand when possible.
