The Role:
We are seeking professional, accredited Security Dog Handlers to support a deployment in the North West region. This is based at a large perimeter site, where you will play a critical part in protecting our client’s people and property.
The Shifts:
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday 06:00-18:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset protection and reassurance patrolling
- Working as an integrated member of the client’s on-site security team
- Ensuring high standards of professionalism, presentation, and diligence at all times
- Maintaining accurate welfare and compliance standards for your dog
Welfare: Full welfare usually provided, including on-site parking.
The Candidates:
- Well-presented, professional, and client-focused
- Diligent and reliable with a positive, proactive attitude
- Physically fit and confident operating in high-profile environments
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence
- NASDU GP Level 2 (including Team Up certification)
- Five-year checkable work history (BS:7858 standard)
- Suitable vehicle for deployment (BS:8517 standard)
- All dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, and fit for work
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
