GSS SUPERSTAR OF THE MONTH JANUARY 2018…

We are delighted to announce our January 2018 Superstar of the Month.

The GSS Superstar of the Month Award goes to our colleague Leanne Casey.

Leanne, a long-serving member of the GSS team, liked and respected by both her office and field based colleagues. To use canine terminology, Leanne has become a ‘dual-purpose’ employee. A very experienced and highly competent protection dog handler, she is always prepared to lend a hand in the office to cover planned absence within our admin team and fulfills critical duties such as scheduling and our out of hours on-call service. It is this dedication to our core value to teamwork that Leanne is recognised for this month’s award.

We’d also like to commend Leanne for her part played in the excellent service provision on a recently mobilised, prestigious site in Manchester, which has led to both extremely positive feedback from our client and a very good opportunity of more work being derived from this contract in the future.

Speaking about the award, Kevin Wootton, Business Development Manager said ‘The clients I come into contact with are always commenting on Leanne’s professional application of her duties and her positive attitude. The office environment is certainly even louder and more fun when Leanne is around the place. This is a really deserved recipient of the award to start off 2018!!”

The GSS Superstar Award has become an integral agenda item of our Monthly Senior Management Meetings, during which each member of our senior team puts forward a case for nomination. While the debate is constructive (and usually fun), the final selection is never easy, as there are always award-worthy examples given of our team members exceeding the standards expected of them. So, while we can only issue one award each month, we want to sincerely thank all members of our team for their continued support and hard work for our valued clients.
