Welcoming our newest superstar!

It is with great delight that we announce the impending arrival of our next superstar, Matt Crofts.

Matt Crofts joins us as Operations Director (North), working alongside Kevin Wootton Operations Director (South), to deliver service excellence for our clients and unprecedented support to our operational teams.

Having worked his way through the ranks at Greater Manchester Police for more than 14 years, Matt joined the Royal Mail in 2016, gaining private sector operational experience in a unique environment.

Matt said, “Right from the start of the process, the GSS team spirit, professionalism, passion for service excellence and desire to be the best really came across. I’m delighted and really excited to become a part of that culture”.

Matt shined throughout the recruitment process, showing great understanding and passion for GSS’s vision and truly grasping our values. We will be introducing Matt to all our stakeholders when he officially joins on 1st October and hope that you will all welcome him as the latest addition to the family.
